What size teams do you train?
Teams of 5 to 50 people. That's the range where hands-on, role-specific training works best. For larger organizations we run department-by-department cohorts.
How much does team training cost?
Programs start at $2,500 for a focused workshop series and scale with team size and depth — a typical multi-week program for a 10-20 person team runs $2,500-$6,000. You'll get a fixed quote after a free fit call.
Is it in person or remote?
Both. We run in-person sessions across Marin County and the Bay Area, and remote sessions over Zoom for teams anywhere in the US. Hybrid works too — many teams do an in-person kickoff and remote follow-ups.
What if our team has zero AI experience?
That's exactly who this is for. We start from the fundamentals, and every session is hands-on with your team's real work — by the end, every person has workflows they use daily.
How is this different from your AI implementation service?
